Why Netball?
As well as being a whole lot of fun, netball helps you to improve hand-eye coordination, promotes teamwork, improves flexibility, reaction time & stamina. Additionally, netball helps build confidence, enhances problem-solving and decision-making skills, builds muscle strength, and is a great way to keep fit and healthy!
